Animated women UK, an organization that supports women in the UK VFX and animation industry, has announced that it will hold two online workshops in November. The new workshops follow the success of the Achieve Online 2020 workshops held last summer. The events are designed to help women achieve their career goals. They are open to women of all skill levels and are supported by the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund with contributions from UK animation productions.

Workshop leaders Jan Armstrong and Marianne O & # 39; Connor adapted these sessions from Animated Women UK's highly acclaimed Helen North Achieve program for online delivery. These highly interactive programs for up to 20 participants use virtual breakout areas where individuals in small, supportive groups receive feedback, including an "operation" that allows discussion of difficult work challenges.

Interested participants can apply via Eventbrite for any number of workshops that are relevant to them. Each workshop runs from 6pm to 7.30pm and costs just £ 25 thanks to support from the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund.
