Last month, the cast and director of Warner Bros' next great superhero adventure, Wonder Woman 1984, hosted an exciting Q&A at the DC FanDome with a first look at the movie's new trailer. Die-hard fans were annoyed and there was great excitement for the film's upcoming release on October 2nd. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic, the bane of the global film business, cast its unfortunate deadly shadow on another hoped-for theatrical release, leading Warner Bros. to push the action-adventure film release date back to December 25th!

Who wouldn't want superhero Gal Gadot kicking a more serious ass? With Gadot jumping back into her golden boots alongside director Patty Jenkins and working with her female-focused production team again, fans are more excited than ever for the next episode. In 2017, Wonder Woman, staged by Jenkins, raised $ 822 million at the worldwide box office. Let's hope Santa receives the memo and brings the sequel to theaters safely and profitably this Christmas.
