While our young Nathan Drake, Tom Holland, is back in Atlanta filming Spider-Man 3, Mark Wahlberg caught first glances his character, Victor "Sully" Sullivan. Wahlberg, who was originally supposed to play Drake before the film became an origin story, now acts as Drake's older (but still sexy!) Mentor and artifact hunting partner. While Holland's costumes are different For the looks we know and love, Sully will be putting on a shirt ripped straight from the games.

Even more exciting is a video of Wahlberg in full Sully hair and makeup. He makes this sting look good!

Despite the movie's difficult beginnings, these sneak peaks look extremely promising. While video game films rarely do well, we have high hopes that this clever duo will bring some good, old-fashioned adventure and lightness to a rather stagnant movie theater schedule.
Uncharted is scheduled to hit theaters on July 16, 2021, if there are actually still cinemas open next summer.
