From the publication:

Eddy and 1stAveMachine are proud to present a new series of films by Maxime Bruneel for Back Market, the outdated electronic device start-up.

The provocative campaign designed by the Fallon agency shows the ecological and economic advantages that the recycling company offers. In the spirit of fun self-reflection, Maxim's approach was to recycle existing graphic elements into creations that are unique, colorful, playful and extremely dynamic. To achieve this, he assembled a team of nearly 20 artists from both sides of the Atlantic representing a wide range of disciplines: illustrators, animators, editors, experts in collage and compositing.

This unusual visual narrative provides a bold counterpoint to a disrespectful voice-over that encourages viewers not to be afraid of used products and resist the siren calls of Big Tech, who seduce them with novelties that are not always new.

It is a project that brings together all of the strengths of Eddy's work and brings together her extensive animation and live performance experience to create a mixed media project fully coordinated remotely by Maxime.

The project has developed tremendously during the editing process as it has never stopped bringing ingenuity and visual surprise to the max. The result: extremely rich films that you will want to watch over and over again to enjoy their abundance of amusing details.
