Corona Renderer 6 for 3ds Max released!

  • The new sky model has a better overall tint of the lighting during the day and supports the sun below the horizon for twilight / twilight effects
  • New lens effects Give you a lot more control over bloom and glare
  • 78 new materials in the Corona Material Library, including new categories for flooring, carpets, and ceramic tiles
  • Avoid texture repetitions with updates for the UvwRandomizer
  • New Adaptive Environment Sampler. Eliminates the need for portals and saves you time (and pain!) Setting up those portals while getting more accurate results

Corona Renderer 6 for Cinema 4D released!

Last week Corona Renderer 6 was released for Cinema 4D.

Some of the highlights:

  • The new sky model has a better overall tint of the lighting during the day and supports the sun below the horizon for twilight / twilight effects

  • The Corona Distance Shader For a variety of effects thanks to “intelligent” materials that know how far they are from objects in the scene
