My RØDE Reel is one of those filmmakers that the makers look forward to all year round. In 2020, the contributions tripled compared to the previous year. Participants from 114 countries and winners from 12 different countries took home their share of US $ 1 million in cash.

The competition is broken down by genre, including comedy, drama, documentary, animation, and sound design. The overall winner will be selected by a jury including Selina Miles, Meyne Wyatt and Ryan Connolly from Film Riot.
