Back to the ones and twos today with yours really on the show today. I originally had big plans to turn this episode into a semi-annual version of the annual reviews, which are among the podcast's most popular episodes.
Then everything went pear-shaped, and in the end, I talked to myself about the future of work, survival bias, and more.
There'll be a breakdown next week and we'll be back with the guests.
Enjoy!
If you are interested in commercial cinematography and want to get the most out of preproduction, this course is for you.
In this course, I created a step-by-step action plan to access commercial production radars and level up your projects by maximizing the prep time you have.

Commercial Cinematography – The Foundation
This may come as a surprise to most of the listeners to the podcast, but this week I set up a case on the Patreon podcast regarding this David Fincher knows what he's doing.
His reporting enables the beautiful images that tarnish his films, and on the podcast I am trying to figure out how we can incorporate what he does into our own projects (a fancy word for theft).
The logic is simple. His films look good. I want my things to look good. So I'll find out what he's doing and do more of it. Only time will tell if my master plan actually works.
