Tiffen is now shipping three Filters ND / Polarizer Kit and six Filters ND & ND / Polarizer Kit for the DJI Mavic Mini. These unique filters for neutral density and polarization should significantly improve the results of the tiny DJI drone. Let's take a closer look!

DJI Mavic Mini – the filterless drone
The Mavic Mini is the smallest and lightest foldable drone DJI has ever made. With a total weight of only 249 grams including the battery, it fits in the palm of your hand. On the other hand, the Mavic Mini can only record videos in 1080p or 2.7K 25p or 30p. You can find more information in our detailed review here or in our video review below.
Another thing you'll notice is that there is no obvious way to attach a filter to the lens of the drone's camera. DJI typically publishes a separate set of ND filters for each drone they launch, but none has been released for the Mavic Mini.
To solve this problem, Tiffen is now supplying three and six Tiffen Filter ND & ND / Polarizer kits specially designed for the DJI Mavic Mini.

Tiffen Filter ND & ND / Polarizer Kit for DJI Mavic Mini
Two kits for the DJI Mavic Mini are now available from Tiffen: an ND / Polarizer kit with three filters and a kit with six filters.

The three filter ND / PL kit from Tiffen contains neutral / polarization filters in different strengths: ND4PL, ND8PL and ND16PL. These filters reduce the amount of light let through by two, three or four stops. The built-in polarization filter controls reflections and reduces glare.
The six filter kits from Tiffen offer the same ND / PL filters and three regular ND4 / ND8 / ND16 filters. Both kits come with a carrying case.

Each filter is attached to the DJI Mavic Mini lens using an extension bracket that snaps firmly into the back of the camera. In fact, a falling filter is the last thing you want while your drone is in the air.

The Tiffen three-filter ND / PL kit costs $ 59.99, while the six-filter version costs $ 89.99. Both filter kits are available now.
